Hi Galicia requests authorization from entrepreneurs to use their information within the platform. None of the data published on the lead pages is processed without the consent of the representatives of each business.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We use the data and images provided to us by the representatives of their ventures to develop their lead pages within the platform, create and disseminate advertising content on all social networks (Website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, Linkedin), promotions and paid advertising on social networks, events, fairs, presentations at innovation centers and startup acceleration programs.

The personal data provided will be retained as long as the entrepreneur remains with Hi Galicia. Once the entrepreneur decides to leave, the personal data may be retained in our databases for the periods required by law to comply with legal obligations, and will be deleted once these statutory or applicable periods have expired.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Your personal data will not be transferred to any entity, except for those required by public bodies due to legal obligations.

International transfers of user and business data may occur. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we inform you that the following international data transfers are routine, as we contract virtual infrastructure for database storage based on a “cloud computing” model. International transfers of personal data are anticipated, exclusively for storage, management, and marketing purposes. These transfers include the use of Google Drive, Heroku, Typeform, Zoho CRM, Meta, Canva, Jotform, Mongo Atlas, and Cloudinary.
